As of October 1, Palos MyChart will change to MyNM.
Palos MyChart will switch to view-only on September 25. Between September 25 and September 30, please call your physician’s office to ask for prescription refills or communicate with your care team.
Beginning October 1, you can access your MyNM account in one of two ways:
- Use the MyNM® app on a smartphone or tablet. You can download the app from the App Store or Google Play
- Log in to MyNM on a desktop computer by visiting mynm.nm.org
Unless you received an email assigning a new user ID, use your Palos MyChart user ID and password to log in to your new MyNM account.
