As of December 1, we will send your statements only to your MyNM account. If you have a balance on your account, we will send you an email every month to the email address you used to set up your MyNM account. We will not mail you a paper statement.

If you want to get a paper billing statement in the mail, you can choose this option after December 1. Log into your MyNM account and click on the Billing Center icon at the top of the page. This tip sheet has step-by-step instructions.
